Sommelier Job Duties: Helping customers and servers select wine pairings, procuring and managing wines, and conducting the wine service. Ensure achievement of the budget in beverage revenues and cost of sales.

Qualifications: Excellent attitude for guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work with high volumes without losing focus on quality.
