We are searching for an outstanding Assistant Project Manager to join our team. If you have 3 or more years of experience, a passion for construction, and an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects, then please read on!

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting Project Manager(s) with tasks such as change events, change orders, RFIs, submittals, tracking materials, maintaining Procore, pay application process, closeout documents, etc. for a specific project.
• Learning and applying DeAngelis Diamond's SOPs (standard operating procedures) to your work.
• Assisting the Project Manager and gaining experience in leading the project team as the main point of contact for the project.
• Learning how to update, project, and manage the financials on a monthly basis.
• Assisting the PM in the monthly project process reports including cost reports updates, PCO, CO, RFIs, submittals, safety, and schedule reports to executive team leaders.
• Assisting in estimating change orders, reviewing and understanding the entire process according to the owner contract.
• Learning the basic principles of the subcontracts and owner contracts by shadowing the PM while navigating payments, changes, claims, etc.
• Being a member of the team involved in formal presentations for the project.

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, Bluebeam, and a willingness to learn AIA contracts.
• Passionate for construction and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, or have grown through DD's career path leading to this role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong personal integrity and the highest ethical standards.
• Able to function in a positive, high-energy, friendly, and collaborative environment.
