Offer Description

The post is for a six-year period. The annual gross salary is about 50,000 Euros. The area of research and teaching is Experimental Physics of Fundamental Interactions and Applications:

1. Required research duties: Astroparticle physics in space: experimental study of charged and neutral cosmic radiation, development of measurement techniques, development of simulation models and data interpretation, also with AI techniques.
2. Required teaching duties: Support for courses in Particle Physics and Astroparticle Physics, contribution to the PhD course in Physics and to the PhD course of national interest in Space Science and Technology.
3. Foreign language required: Excellent level of English.
4. Knowledge of Italian: Level adequate to carry out the assigned teaching and research load (the researcher is required to teach in Italian).
5. Maximum number of publications to be presented: 12.
