Area Sales Manager Nord Italia - Electronic Security

What you will do: This is an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager (account) to be a part of a very close-knit team to grow within Johnson Control Security Division. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers in the Italian market and contributing to profitable growth in the region. You will organize your own prospection and your agenda autonomously, reporting in our Salesforce customer relationship software. You will promote our products through presentations or demonstrations, explaining the advantages of our intrusion solutions. Participation in events such as exhibitions and organizing training sessions of our products, both on customer site and remotely, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will keep our customers informed of the latest solutions and new products, gaining a clear understanding of their businesses and requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with your Regional Sales Manager to implement actions and tools necessary for sales development.

What we look for:

  • Experience in Commercial business with at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Proven track record of selling technical products within the Security Market.
  • In-depth knowledge of the electronic security market.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office platform.
  • Sufficient level of written and spoken English.
  • Home-based, preferably living in Northern Italy.
  • Experience selling in a B2B sales environment.
  • Sales activity experience using social media.
  • Smart home market knowledge.
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar for webinars and remote customer report management.
  • Sales experience in technology, consumer electronics, and services.
  • Experience in the international workplace.

Workplace: The candidate is in northern Italy, with a willingness to travel up to 75% of their working time, and the role is linked to the northern Italian market. Home Office based.
