Sales Line, headhunting & recruiting company, is selecting an Area Sales Manager Italy - Abroad for an innovative leader in the die-casting sector.

Our client, a reference point for cutting-edge solutions in the die-casting sector, specializes in the distribution of technologically advanced systems for foundries specialized in processing light alloys.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager Italy - Abroad, who will be responsible for business development in the Italian market, with a particular focus on creating and consolidating relationships with customers, and managing the network of distributors in foreign markets.

WHAT WILL THE AREA SALES MANAGER ITALY - ABROAD DO?

Reporting to the Technology Division Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and selling the portfolio of systems and products to customers in the Italian market;
  • Managing the entire sales process, from negotiation to order closure;
  • Coordinating the network of foreign distributors (Europe, Mexico, Turkey, India) for a specific product line;
  • Building and consolidating strong and lasting relationships with customers and distributors, fostering long-term collaboration;
  • Developing commercial strategies and collaborating with the team to strengthen the presence of products in national and international markets;
  • Preparing periodic reports to monitor results and identify new opportunities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role in the foundry sector, preferably with a focus on die-casting systems;
  • Technical background, with solid skills in the sector;
  • Good command of the English language (knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented, and a strong initiative;
  • Ability to create technical-commercial presentations at conferences, fairs, and events, both in Italy and abroad;
  • Knowledge of the Office Suite;
  • Willingness to travel frequently in Italy and occasionally abroad;
