Join Lynk & Co as an Area Sales Manager for Southern Italy (Rome)!

Be a key player in our Sales Organization, driving Lynk & Co’s transformation journey in the southern region of Italy. Based in Rome, you’ll work closely with dealers and partners, supporting our shift to a Dual Distribution model while promoting Lynk & Co’s growth. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Commercial Director in Italy.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize and Plan: Collaborate with dealers to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s goals.
• Drive Sales: Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and dealer training programs to boost performance.
• Analyze and Improve: Monitor regional performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets.
• Collaborate: Work with the Key Account Manager to enhance fleet and online sales.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car businesses in your region.

What You Should Have

• University degree (preferred) and experience in automotive sales or similar roles.
• Strong industry knowledge and proven business development skills.
• Leadership training or experience (a plus).
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
