Role Description

This is a full-time Area Sales Manager role based in Sesto San Giovanni. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

1. Sales and Marketing skills
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Experience in electronic components or related industry
4. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
5. Fluency in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
8. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Business Administration, or related field
