We are looking for an Apprentice for Electrification & Automation, in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure BU area who will be trained in 2 years as Project Engineering Manager.

During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge

As Apprentice Project Engineering Manager your main activities will be:

• Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside your mentor to manage and implement standard projects on MV Switchgears, gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
• Client-Focused Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope and budget requirements while directly interacting with clients.
• Use Advanced Tools: Leverage specialized project engineering software for configuration, costing, and ordering of MV Switchgear.
• Cross-Functional Interaction: Manage customer requirements and collaborate closely with other Project Managers.
• Financial and Technical Oversight: Monitor project budgets, initiate actions to minimize costs, and maintain constant communication with factories, subcontractors, and clients.

Required Entry Qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
• You are a fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering or similar background.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Passion to never-stop growing.
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.
