Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy & Portfolio Support

• Assist in monitoring long-term investment portfolios and provide analytical support for strategic adjustments.
• Conduct preliminary research on global investment opportunities, analyzing potential risks and returns.
• Support portfolio diversification efforts by tracking exposure across asset classes, regions, and industries.
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating investment funds and alternative assets.
• Help to manage short and medium-term liquidity investments in coordination with the Treasury team.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of investment policies in alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Track and ensure asset managers' compliance with investment policies and guidelines.
• Assist in analyzing portfolio performance and preparing reports on key metrics.
• Assist in updating investment policies.
• Monitor portfolio risk exposure by analyzing industry, sector, and regional allocations.
• Contribute to economic and financial studies on market trends.
• Help in analyzing the profitability and risk factors of existing and potential investments.
• Support the enhancement and operational efficiency of investment software and ethical screening tools.
• Verify that banks and asset managers apply ethical screening criteria as per guidelines.
• Assist in the application and enforcement of investment policies.

• Maintain regular communication with investment banks to gather updates and monitor portfolio activities.
• Support negotiations by compiling relevant data and preparing comparison reports for investment terms and conditions.
• Assist in managing RFPs and investment mandates for new and existing portfolios.
• Help coordinate with banks on accounting and tax-related matters related to investment portfolios and operational accounts.
• Assist in managing relationships with operational banks to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Monitor and control banking fees, ensuring accuracy and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report key treasury and investment KPIs, supporting decision-making and performance monitoring

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the Investment Committee, focusing on performance analysis and trends.
• Follow up on Investment Committee decisions, ensuring proper documentation and execution of action items.
• Conduct research on economic indicators such as interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, and economic growth.
• Track interest rate and foreign exchange risks, compiling data for potential hedging strategies.
• Gather expert analyses on macroeconomic and investment trends to support decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain reports on banking commissions, investment fees, and overall treasury performance.

Competenze ed esperienza

Requirements & Skills:

• Educational background in finance, economics, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience in investment analysis, financial markets, or asset management (internships or junior roles preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret financial data.
• Basic understanding of risk management, asset allocation, and ethical investing principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and investment software tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, IT, legal, and external partners.
• Fluent in English.
