COIMA is a leading group in the investment, development, and management of property assets on behalf of international and Italian institutional investors. Active in the Italian real estate sector since 1974, the group has developed and continues to manage the Porta Nuova neighbourhood, one of Europe’s most prestigious urban regeneration projects.
We are currently looking for an Analyst in our Fund & Asset Management team: in this role, you will contribute to managing high-profile assets and funds, supporting key initiatives in development, financing, leasing, and ESG integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal governance stakeholders, including Investment Committees and the Board of Directors (BoD), conducting and updating financial analysis, financial models, and presentation decks.
- Assist in analyzing leasing contracts and their financial impact on business plans.
- Support the evaluation of asset disposal scenarios and the structuring of new investment vehicles.
- Liaise with third parties, including property managers, development managers, brokers, lenders, and third-party appraisers.
- Analyze potential investment opportunities, market trends, and macroeconomic contexts to inform business strategies.
- Participate in property inspections and market tours, including travel if needed.
- Monitor ESG key performance indicators and work with the sustainability team to update COIMA metrics for managed funds.
Education, skills, and experience required:
- University degree in Economics, Financial Markets, or Real Estate Management.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in the real estate or financial sectors, particularly in asset management, development projects, tenant management, leasing, and financing.
- Financial modeling and analytical skills with a strong quantitative aptitude.
- ESG awareness and advocacy, focusing on sustainability metrics and the SFDR framework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with automated reporting and data analysis solutions.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to educate and share knowledge within the organization.
