Your Role

In this role, you will work closely with the local sales force, overseeing customer service activities and client management to support business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure our customers' experience is a positive one - each and every time they engage with Kuehne-Nagel.
• Document and investigate any deviations from the expected level of service provided.
• Immediately report problems, operational disputes, or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers, or branch manager.

Your Skills and Experiences
