Responsibilities:

  • Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets.
  • Work closely with our local partners.
  • Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.
  • Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market.
  • Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and transfer introductions to achieve sales growth.
  • Responsible for the establishment, storage, and classification management of customer information.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
  • Location: Italy - Puglia or Greece - Crete.
  • Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.
  • Passionate about sales work, diligent, and proactive; able to work remotely with flexible patterns and travel up to 70%.
  • Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading.
  • Must hold a driver's license.

Advantages:

  • Experience in the olive industry.
  • Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment or related fields.
  • Degree in Engineering.
