Responsibilities
:
Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets.
Work closely with our local partners.
Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.
Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market.
Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and transfer introductions to achieve sales growth.
Responsible for the establishment, storage, and classification management of customer information.
Requirements
:
1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
Location: Italy - Puglia or Greece - Crete.
Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.
Passionate about sales work, diligent, and proactive; able to work remotely with flexible patterns and travel up to 70%.
Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading.
Must hold a driver's license.
Advantages:
Experience in the olive industry.
Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment or related fields.
Degree in Engineering.
