Responsibilities:

• Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets.
• Work closely with our local partners.
• Search for target clients, build client pools, and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits.
• Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market.
• Establish deep customer relationships to promote customer re-purchase and referrals, achieving sales growth.
• Responsible for the establishment and management of customer information storage and classification.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in direct sales.
• Location: Italy - Puglia or Greece - Crete.
• Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads.
• Passionate about sales, diligent, and proactive; able to work remotely with flexible patterns and travel up to 70%.
• Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, listening, and reading).
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
