My client and I are looking for an experienced and driven technical sales manager to join them and cover the European region.

Based in Italy, they need a seasoned agricultural professional who can demonstrate their products in the fertiliser space across Europe and bring ideas and experience in managing and inspiring teams.

Bio stimulant experience in fertilisers is a must, and proven success in this field, both in trials and sales, will be demonstrated by the successful candidate.

You'll have the exciting opportunity to build internal and external training plans, marketing resources, and influence internal teams in their success.

Your experience in managing teams will be utilized here too, to manage internal senior staff, with your technical knowledge, planning, and expertise.
