The Role

What does your day-to-day in this role look like as an Advertisers Support Advisor:

1. Product support via telephone, email and live chat to businesses and individual sellers
2. Technical troubleshooting and escalation support
3. Effective help and advice merchants unlock revenue and drive value for their customers

Ideal Profile

1. You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role
2. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
3. You are a strong networker & relationship builder
