Admissions Counselor – Sales & Recruitment

Polimoda is seeking an Admissions Counselor to join the Sales team based in Florence. The ideal candidate is dynamic, highly skilled in interpersonal communication, and capable of listening closely to understand and satisfy client needs.

As an Admissions Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and target audiences, with the ability to effectively present programs and guide prospective students.
• Acting as the first point of contact for potential students, embodying and representing the values and mission of the institute.
• Pursuing individual and team sales targets with determination and consistency.
• Managing sales negotiations with leads received in person, via Skype, phone, chat, or email.
• Supporting the ongoing development of the commercial strategy through daily work (e-commerce, portfolio updates, and commercial initiatives).
• Collaborating effectively with team members by sharing and requesting relevant information to reinforce a team-oriented approach.
• Managing the administrative aspects of sales and post-sales processes.
• Actively participating in events aimed at student recruitment, orientation, and engagement (e.g., Open Days, Welcome Days, Orientation sessions).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in the fashion sector).
• Fluent English speaker and writer (native-level or equivalent).
