Admin Coordinator

We are looking for Admin Coordinator based in Peschiera Borromeo.

In this Admin Coordinator role, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team of 4 people, you will:
- Deal with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and extraordinary activities;
- Verify fulfillment in compliance with assigned deadlines;
- Extract data from management systems and obtain KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysis;
- Extract monthly data, reconcile with customers, and handle internal input for reporting and/or invoicing;
- Share monthly P&L results with the Site Manager;
- Manage internal and external audits, and promote initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement;
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
- Strong experience in a similar role in a Logistics Company;
- Skilled with the Office Suite, particularly Excel;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Team worker;
- Ability to manage and motivate a team;
- Customer-oriented attitude: able to build successful relationships with clients;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
