We are seeking Architects / Project Leaders to join our Rome studio.
The ideal candidate is a talented designer who is highly motivated, well-organized, and thoughtful, with experience working on large projects as part of a design team. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential. We value individuals who are reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Required:

• Advanced knowledge of Revit/BIM is mandatory.
• Must have EU work permit.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of projects at various phases.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both design and technical aspects.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Design Team, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of architectural experience.
• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, VRay/Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• International experience is a plus.
