Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable (AR)/Collect on Delivery (COD) Specialist is responsible for the AR/COD processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Monitoring department quality and productivity.
2. Assisting the supervisor and administrative team in performing the AR/COD activities.
3. Working with external vendors to identify and correct reoccurring COD and AR payment issues.
4. Interacting with both internal and external customers daily to reduce and resolve payment exceptions.
5. Assisting in the setup and maintaining controls to ensure procedures are followed for SOX and internal audit compliance.
6. Recommending, developing, and implementing process improvements within the function.

The geographic scope of this position is U.S. and Canada.
