The intern will work alongside the Tutor with the objective of providing support to the administrative office, particularly in the management of active and passive cycles.

In detail, he/she will support the Finance Manager in the following activities:

• Support in activities related to the passive cycle
• Check and record faculty and supplier invoices
• Check and account for employee expense reports
• Support in active invoicing
• Reconcile payments of students enrolled in the new academic year
• Control and monitor enrolled situations
• Support in credit recovery activity
• Support in bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliation activities

Learning

The experience will enable the intern to gain a good understanding of general accounting in the business environment with the goal of:

• Address issues characteristic of a company's asset cycle
• Support in the activities of the passive cycle
• Use the dedicated SAP operating system

Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in economics or a Diploma in accounting
• Strong accuracy skills
• Ability to sustain activities with a good level of concentration even at times of higher intensity
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of office package (good knowledge of Excel)
