Context and purpose
You will join the Financial Department of the Giorgio Armani Retail Europe, focusing on General Accounting activities. You will have the opportunity to work within a very dynamic environment and interact with our European branches.
Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting activities including journal entries, F24 forms, withholding taxes, etc.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of VAT registers, general ledger, journal, inventory, fixed assets, and allocation of costs and revenues
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and collaborate with the management control and treasury teams
• Supervise and support the accounting teams of European branches
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements in compliance with regulations, including income tax calculations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 year of experience in similar roles
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SAP
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
