What Will You Do?

As a member of Smartpricing's Sales team for the International Market, you will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2024. You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions and support the sales team in the expansion of Smartpricing in the International market through activities of:

  • Sales negotiation - manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartpricing. Articulate and clearly demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Participation in trade fairs and events - attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
  • Business Development - proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Data analysis and regular reviews - hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market!
  • Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan.
What Are We Looking For?

  • English language - Mother Tongue or C2 level.
  • Team player with a winning mentality - desire to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota and willingness to make sacrifices for colleagues' success.
  • Data-driven thinking - skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, continuously improving business strategies through effective data use.
  • Desire to learn - willing to receive on-the-field coaching sessions and eager to read books on improving sales skills.
  • Experience in the role - at least 3 - 5 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS, Software as a Service) where you brilliantly exceeded your sales targets.
  • Experience selling to clients based in the UK and Ireland.
  • Organization - attention to detail, meticulous planning of your agenda, and timely CRM updates.
  • Productivity - strong motivation to sell into the SMBs market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
