We are looking for an Account Executive to join the Italian Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, driving sales growth through cross-selling and up-selling. You will develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while building long-term client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and managing high-value accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

What you’ll be working on:

1. Acquires and builds relationships with SME clients across defined sales territories, and meets/exceeds assigned sales quotas.
2. Leverages consultative selling approaches to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers.
3. Works with partner sales personnel to extend reach and drive adoption of the Barracuda products and solutions.
4. Deliver effective sales demonstrations and presentations, covering the Barracuda Networks portfolio.
5. Support in creating clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing detailed territory plans.
6. Maintains continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect the target market.
7. Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate channel partners and end-users and provide timely follow-up, closure, and tracking of all identified opportunities.
8. Leverage specialized sales knowledge in breadth and depth to a variety of issues/projects within the team.
9. Work in a project-oriented manner contributing towards team-level goals.

What you bring to the role:

1. 5+ years experience in cybersecurity sales or pre-sales.
2. Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, channel, product, and marketing teams.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
4. Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience with cybersecurity solutions across endpoint, email, cloud, and network security is a plus.
