3D Artist Intern

Collaborate on the Digital Product Creation Project in close contact with 3D Artists, R&D Team, and PDs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Helping with the following daily activities:

1. Help to create, maintain, and organize a 3D Library of Fabrics, Trims, and Digital artworks.
2. Create Brushes, Smart Materials, and Digital assets with Substance Suite.
3. Assist in the digitalization and organization of the 3D vendors' trims.
4. Scan fabrics and trims with a 3D scanner.
5. Support designers in developing digital artworks.
6. Help to plan, create, develop, and/or maintain 3D quality artwork assets for photo-realistic renderings.
7. Interact with various departments (i.e., Production, Style, R&D Dept.)
8. Support in building and updating the 3D library with new 3D garments each season.
9. Ensure deadlines are met for the creation of 3D quality garments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Graphic Design, Textile Design, Games & Animation, or VFX.
• Knowledge of and experience in using Substance Suite, Blender, and Adobe Creative (additional software will be a plus).
• Passion for fashion and digital fashion.
• Good knowledge of Windows Office.
• Good knowledge of Clo3D.
• Knowledge of Vizoo Scanner and Xtex software will be considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of digital materials and trims for digital fashion development.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-national teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian; any other language will be considered a plus.
• Ability to share knowledge and create trust in users, fostering a motivating and creative work environment.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Open-minded, bright, and enthusiastic personality.
