Our People & Culture Department is looking for a Junior Recruiting Specialist who will support the Talent Acquisition & Development function. This role is pivotal in managing activities related to recruiting and onboarding processes, overseeing the candidate experience from job calls to job offer proposals, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

We are seeking someone capable of effectively liaising with multiple stakeholders, including researchers, administrators, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have solid experience and ability to prioritize tasks, and the capacity to solve problems efficiently within the People & Culture activities, delivering results in a dynamic environment.
The Recruiting Specialist will be part of the Talent Acquisition & Development team, within the People & Culture function, and will be responsible for the following activities:
