Job description

Job Title: Zonal HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention for the zone. Onboard new employees with HR policy guidance.
  2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances. Report to relevant business units and business leaders every week.
  3. Compliance: Ensure HR compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
  4. Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for zonal employees.
  5. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes and provide feedback.
  6. Strategy Planning: Suggest new HR strategies, policies, and agenda for continuous improvement.
  7. Grievance Management: Resolve employee issues and grievances and conduct unbiased investigations.
  8. Others:
    1. Ensure healthy employee relations.
    2. Provide consultation to the line manager on coaching and career development.
    3. Analyse trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and policies.
    4. Make recommendations to the business structure over time.
    5. Ensure diversity in the workforce by hiring, engaging with, and retaining top talent.
    6. Build a strong business relationship with the line management.
    7. Take lead for the deployment of HR initiatives internally.
