Job Summary:

The Web Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s website. This role involves creating visually appealing layouts, improving website functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. The Web Designer will work closely with the marketing team to align the website’s design with the company’s brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop the company’s website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
2. Implement responsive design to ensure the website functions seamlessly on various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
3. Enhance the user experience by optimizing website navigation, layout, and overall usability.
4. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
5. Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is visually appealing and well-integrated.
6. Update and maintain website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
7. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and adheres to best practices.
8. Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies to build and enhance website features.
9. Ensure website performance, speed, and security are optimized.
10. Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs that may affect the website’s performance.
11. Regularly update the website to ensure compatibility with the latest web standards and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress and other web development technologies.
3. Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
4. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
