Role & Responsibilities:

Skills:

1. Should have hands-on experience in horticulture domain.
2. Prior experience in working with contractors in construction companies.

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay):

1. Develop & maintain landscaping, irrigation & fertilization work at site.
2. Develop and implement horticultural plans and schedules.
3. Supervise the planting, fertilizing, harvesting activities & monitor plant health and soil conditions periodically.

Activities He Will Carry Out:

1. Regular monitoring of all plants and park.
2. Planning and deployment of plants, grass, and fertilizer as per drawing.
3. Regular irrigation and fertilization work.
4. Cutting & trimming plants as per requirement.
5. Indent preparation of new plants.
6. Any other work as assigned by Project Manager.
