About the Role

The Vice President of Tech Transformation will be responsible for developing and executing technology strategies that enhance our Clinical Support Solution processes, streamline operations, and improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technology transformation strategy that supports the CSS division's goals, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop technology solutions focused on process simplification, automation pathways, and reducing manual workloads.
  • Implement best practices for project management, change management, and technology adoption, including training programs for staff on new tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure the success of technology transformation efforts, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive, manual tasks through RPA and work with stakeholders to develop automation workflows.
  • Build and manage a high-performing technology transformation team, providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in RPA, AI, and ML to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource allocations for technology transformation initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on technology transformation initiatives, focusing on how technology can drive business growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology transformation within the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology transformation initiatives, strategic planning, project management, and change management.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with RPA, AI, and ML technologies and their applications in clinical processes.
  • Experience developing automation pathways, including defining rules, assessing feasibility, and measuring ROI.
