Job Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, access points, switches, and other hardware.
2. Monitoring of broadband retail customer connectivity and tackling & resolving issues end to end.
3. Timely escalation of issues to the teams.
4. End to end troubleshooting of CPE & AP.
5. Handling escalation cases of customers.
6. Identifying & resolving connectivity problems between Ruckus Wireless Access Points and different wireless CPE.

Skill Set Required:

1. Flexibility/Adaptability/Managing Multiple Priorities.
2. CCNA knowledge, VLAN, DHCP, Routing Protocols.
3. Fresher can apply for this position.
