2. Effective communication between team and Sales head
3. Coordinating with sales team for closure
4. Delegating tasks and periodically reviewing the same
5. Leading by example by delivering maximum output
6. Allocating and managing resources i.e. Data and reports
7. Problem-solving skills in case of clash
8. Managing lead generations and sale assessment
9. Coaching to improve team member skill sets
10. Motivating team members to accomplish their goals
11. Nurturing team member strengths and identifying areas for improvement
12. Representing and advocating for team needs for highest acquisition
