Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture:
  Analyze business requirements and design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using low-code development platforms.
• Low-Code Development & Configuration:
  Build and configure applications, workflows, data models, and integrations using low-code tools, applying sound software engineering principles.
• Technical Leadership:
  Guide junior developers and analysts, enforce coding standards, and contribute to establishing best practices in low-code development.
• Integration & Data Management:
  Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs. Model and manage data structures, ensuring data consistency, security, and optimal performance.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Deployment & Support:
  Manage application deployment processes and provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and communicate solutions clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Platform Expertise:
  Stay current with the platform capabilities, versions and updates. Contribute to knowledge sharing and platform advocacy.
• Documentation:
  Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including design specs, technical guides, and user manuals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in full-stack or back-end technologies.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with a low-code development platform.
• Strong experience in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Solid understanding of API integration (REST, SOAP) and middleware communication.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in front-end development using frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Certification in any low-code platform.
• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Industry experience in Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or similar domains.
