Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who will be responsible for optimizing our website performance, ensuring fast page load speeds, efficient image rendering, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses an owner mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Performance Optimization
   • Enhance page load speeds by implementing best-in-class technical SEO practices.
   • Optimize images using compression techniques, WebP formats, and lazy loading to reduce load times.
   • Minify CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to ensure faster page rendering.
   • Implement caching strategies and Content Delivery Networks (CDN) for better site performance.
2. Technical SEO Implementation
   • Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix issues related to crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
   • Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) for improved search engine rankings.
   • Ensure proper site architecture, URL structuring, and internal linking for better user experience and SEO performance.
   • Fix broken links, duplicate content, and canonicalization issues to maintain site health.
3. SEO Tools & Market Research
   • Utilize Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools for performance monitoring.
   • Stay updated with Google Algorithm updates and industry trends to implement best SEO practices.
   • Perform competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Technical SEO with hands-on experience in improving website speed & performance.
• Proficiency in image optimization, lazy loading, minified CSS/JS, caching strategies, and CDN implementation.
• Experience in handling Core Web Vitals and optimizing Google’s Page Experience signals.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve site performance issues using analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, schema markup, and indexing best practices.
• Proactive, smart, and has an owner mindset with a problem-solving approach.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with JavaScript SEO and working with React/Angular-based websites.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) & client-side rendering (CSR) techniques.
• Knowledge of log file analysis and robot.txt optimization.
