Job Location: Bangalore (Work from office - Bannerghatta or Manyata Tech Park)

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a Talent Advisor & partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs. Conduct detailed Job Intake sessions to discuss and agree on skill requirements & behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
• Attract top talent via creative sourcing, networking, soliciting internal referrals, and participating in events to reach out to a qualified pool of potential candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates, providing data-driven advice on logical possibilities.
• Promote Concentrix as an employer of choice & build out talent networks through a diverse mix of sources.
• Conduct Market Mapping for open positions & develop competitive intelligence on key talent availability.
• Assist with recommendations to hiring managers on candidate hires & partner with stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages/benefits and facilitate negotiation with candidates.
• Manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Multitask, plan, and stay self-organized to ensure multiple requirements are catered to with quality pipeline and customer engagement across all open positions.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
• Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure consistent standards for all applicants and compliance with local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
