Technical Architect – Java Full-stack

Experience: 10-12 years of distinguished software development expertise
encompassing server-side Java frameworks and advanced Client-side UI technologies,
including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, jQuery, AngularJS or ReactJS (preferable).

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with decision-makers and management to comprehend the organization's software architecture requirements.
2. Designing and developing software architecture aligned with organizational specifications.
3. Leading the development team and ensuring adherence to industry-standard best practices.
4. Evaluating and enhancing the tools and frameworks utilized in software development.
5. Managing multiple development projects and ensuring their prompt completion.
6. Troubleshooting issues within the software systems effectively.
7. Ability to proactively coordinate with team members, assist when needed, and take necessary steps to complete tasks on time.
8. Capability to delve into details and explain the importance of each activity to team members.
9. Keeping all stakeholders updated on task progress.
10. Ensuring adherence to processes throughout the lifecycle.
11. Ownership of responsibility for code quality, application security, functionality, and code performance.
12. Designing, coding, and debugging products and features.
13. Analyzing and resolving technical queries from the team.
14. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Business Development, and Operations.
15. Working with frontend engineers to implement features.
16. Designing appropriate solutions/architecture for products/features based on requirements, estimating efforts, and managing development.
17. Managing and enhancing systems by innovating and implementing best practices.

Key Skills:

1. Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
2. Experience with AngularJS or ReactJS 15+.
3. Hands-on experience in implementing secure, high-quality REST APIs (must know best practices).
4. Knowledge and experience of Microservices design, security designs, and best practices.
5. Good understanding and implementation knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns.
6. Exposure to MVC implementation patterns.
7. Understanding and implementation of secure coding practices.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in performance and scalability areas related to the technologies mentioned above.
9. Excellent knowledge of RDBMS systems such as MS-SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.
10. Thorough understanding of unit and integration test cases using JUnit, Mockito, and other testing libraries.
11. Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, and jQuery.
12. Experience working with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, Bitrise, CircleCI, TravisCI, etc.
13. Excellent understanding of standard protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL, etc.
14. Strong understanding of Linux systems like Ubuntu, Debian.
15. Working knowledge of code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
16. Proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
