• Ensure the SLA's & KPI Targets
• Review client escalations, Team Queries, and support team as Subject Matter Expert.
• Deliver on CSAT targets External/Internal.
• Comply with all ISO & ISMS protocols.
• Monitor results & KPI data.

Required Candidate Profile

Graduate
As TL, 2 years experience on Paper-US Mortgage Origination, Pre Underwriting, Conditions review
Excellent communication, analytic & interpersonal skills
