Experience: 1-5 years in talent acquisition including vendor management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating with recruitment agencies and vendors.
Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and vendors.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with both vendors and candidates.
