Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems including HVAC, plumbing, electricals, lifts, and escalators.
  
• Manage maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  
• Handle manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
  
• Implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance work.
