Job description

List of Responsibilities:

Maintaining site compliance and adherence as per defined site and global SOPs. In case of non-compliance, raising deviations in existing system (TrackWise), change control, planned deviations, etc. as per the requirement at site R&D Gurgaon and CPU Majeedia. Completing all relevant SOP trainings.
To create, execute, review, and maintain standard operating procedures, qualification protocol, and test scripts for server, desktop, and network equipment as and when required for R&D Gurgaon and CPU Majeedia site.
Managing the day-to-day IT operations. May guide or provide work direction to technical staff and contract staff. Determines appropriate coverage for all hours of operation at CPU Majeedia and R&D Gurgaon.
Ensures that records of system and equipment inventory are properly maintained. Works with vendors to assist support activities for the said site.
Support in activities involving data backup, media management and movement, backup software, and client inventory, network infrastructure management at R&D Gurgaon and CPU Majeedia site.
Supervises Operations staff including training, evaluating, and disciplining. May guide or provide work direction to technical staff and contract staff. Ensuring the guidelines continuity while creating, editing, and disabling the user in Instrument PC as and when required at R&D Gurgaon and CPU Majeedia.
Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations at R&D Gurgaon and CPU Majeedia.
Establishes guidelines and methods for the installation and management of the computer operating systems. Develops procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature, and user abuse.
Stays current with technological developments in systems administration technology and recommends ways to take advantage of new technology.
Ensuring GxP and Non-GxP inventory are maintained from time to time. Responsible to lead site assigned activities. Making sure that required IT security policies are applied on Instrument PC for R&D Gurgaon and CPU Majeedia as required on site.
