Location: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Karnal, Sirsa, Bhopal, Jaipur, Dehradun

Salary: 7 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives

Experience: 4 to 14 years in sales

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Management via Business Associates (BA)
2. Recruit and manage Business Associates.
3. Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
4. Supervise and ensure agents meet their activity plans as per desired levels.
5. Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System.
6. Promote and motivate agents through Career Progression Programs.
7. Encourage agents to utilize the Agent Portal and CRM for customer management and cross-selling of products.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
