What You’ll Do:

Project Execution & Site Management:

• Supervise and manage end-to-end construction site activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost control.

Structural & Technical Oversight:

• Review structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage work execution plans, resources, and machinery allocations.

Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination:

• Lead on-site teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, and internal project stakeholders.
• Monitor subcontractor work and deliverables.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and MIS updates.
• Track material usage, progress billing, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

Who We’re Looking For:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in civil construction (institutional/commercial projects preferred)
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Based in Delhi-NCR or willing to relocate
• Comfortable with project-based mobility and field operations
