Softnice Inc Looking for US IT Recruiter at Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Work on strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
• Procure people for different IT Requirements.
• Use niche platforms related to IT to source potential candidates.
• Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
• In addition to executing individual responsibilities, should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
• Keep abreast of industry trends.

Skills and Specifications:

• Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and observation skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to be organized and systematic in work
• Strong knowledge about current employment and market scenario
• Excellent analytical skills

Working Hours:

• US Shift (8pm-5am), Mon-Fri

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• US shift
