Site Engineer – Mall Fit-Out Projects

We are hiring 2 proactive Site Engineers for a high-end mall fit-out project in Bangalore. The role involves complete on-site responsibility, from vendor coordination to project delivery. Ideal candidates should be graduates with strong communication and execution abilities.

• Coordinate with mall authorities for permissions, scheduling, and guidelines
• Take complete charge of fit-out activities from start to finish
• Handle vendor finalization, site logistics, and daily progress monitoring
• Manage on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Track material movement and ensure project completion on schedule
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Prior site handling or interior fit-out experience is preferred
• Confident in dealing with workers, vendors, and mall representatives
• Should be energetic, proactive, and capable of working independently
