Senior Zoho Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Zoho Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Zoho suite of products, particularly Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books. As a Senior Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and customization of Zoho applications to meet the needs of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects, develop custom solutions, and ensure that the Zoho applications integrate seamlessly with other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Zoho CRM Customization: Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and reports based on business requirements. Implement workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline processes.
2. Zoho Creator Development: Design and develop custom applications using Zoho Creator, including building forms, workflows, and automating data handling tasks.
3. Zoho Integration: Integrate Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.) with third-party tools and external APIs, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms.
4. Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Deluge (Zoho's scripting language) and other relevant technologies.
5. Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Zoho platforms, ensuring smooth operations for the end-users.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure alignment with business needs and technical solutions.
7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for developed systems, workflows, and integrations to ensure continuity and ease of understanding for other team members.
8. Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of solutions to ensure high-quality outputs.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Zoho updates and best practices to implement efficient solutions and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho applications.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting for Zoho CRM and Creator.
   • Proficient in Zoho CRM customization, workflows, automation, and reporting.
   • Experience in integrating Zoho with third-party tools and APIs.
   • Familiarity with Zoho Books for accounting and financial management.
   • Strong understanding of databases, and experience with SQL.
3. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
6. Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of Zoho Analytics and Zoho Desk for data reporting and customer support integrations.
2. Familiarity with Zoho API and custom webhooks.
3. Experience with Zoho One suite and advanced automation.
