Senior VISA Operations (Implant) Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Mumbai Shift: Day
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in managing the Visa stamping process as an implant executive or client management executive.
Manage client expectations and deliverables effectively in a timely manner by setting up a seamless process that is process-oriented rather than people-dependent.
In-depth knowledge of visa processing for North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC countries.
Maintain and manage the Visa Checklist for accuracy across all visa categories (Business, Work Visa, Dependent, and Tourist) for the listed regions.
Ensure the checklist is maintained on a centralized server with version control and reviewed monthly or as changes occur.
Validate visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy in adherence to Consulate/Embassy requirements.
Guide employees/client SPOC on mandatory consulate/embassy requirements for visa submissions.
Share accurate visa information with client SPOC/applicants in response to their queries.
Coordinate with the TTK Back-office team for process updates or collection/submission of applications/passports at VFS/consulates.
Communicate immigration alerts/changes to the client SPOC at regular intervals.
Build good rapport with VFS Global and Embassy/Consulate officials.
Collaborate with the client SPOC/employees to understand client requirements and deliver as per agreed terms and conditions.
Create a knowledge base of operational activities and update the database with the latest regulations/immigration acts and visa checklists.
Propose innovative ways for process enhancement that are effective and efficient, sharing knowledge with the team in real-time (Case Study/Experience sharing).
Prepare covering/support letters for visa applications.
Communicate with employees and managers/client SPOC on the progress of applications.
Adapt and learn new geographies based on business requirements.
Coordinate and track all immigration activities in the end-to-end process.
Maintain MIS and reports, presenting weekly or monthly reports to the Ops head with detailed analysis and trends.
Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in drafting and managing US non-immigration worker visa petitions.
Very good communication skills, both oral and written, with a willingness to learn and be a self-starter.
Good knowledge of the visa process for the USA, EMEA, and APAC regions is mandatory.
Ability to work on Excel and create reports.
Prior experience as an implant executive at the client's location is an added advantage.
Knowledge of immigration laws.
Good team player.
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and handle work pressure while being flexible in learning new areas.
