Senior Salesforce Developer – Health Cloud

Job Summary:

We are seeking Senior Salesforce Developers with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud to join our HealthCloud Implementation Project. The ideal candidates should have deep technical skills in Salesforce core technologies and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable Health Cloud solutions using Salesforce best practices.
2. Work closely with functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
3. Implement custom solutions using Apex, Flow, LWC, and OmniStudio components.
4. Develop and manage complex integrations with external systems.
5. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce applications.
6. Participate in daily standups and sprint planning meetings, ensuring partial overlap with US Eastern/Central time zones.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
2. Proficiency in OmniStudio, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
3. Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and tools

Preferred/Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

1. Experience with Experience Cloud and Mobile Publisher for Experience Cloud
2. Familiarity with Discovery Framework
3. Knowledge of Intelligent Document Automation
4. Experience in OmniStudio Document Generation
5. Exposure to Agentforce

Other Requirements:

1. Ability to work during the specified IST shift with flexibility for overlapping hours in US Eastern/Central time zones.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment.
3. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
