B2C/ B2B Sales / Business Development Manager

Candidate's Background: Fire OEMs, System Integrator, PMC/ Solution selling Sales Background.

Primary responsibility of the candidate will be to manage & grow the sales funnel of the organization.

1. Candidate to possess a good understanding of channel management and stakeholder engagement.
2. Candidate must manage proper sales funnel and also engage with back end team for material planning and forecasting.
3. Candidates will have to take over management of the existing Lead Gen agencies and work with them to scale their efforts while maintaining the conversion targets.
4. Candidates will be expected to engage new agencies (Lead Gen/Appointment Gen/Inbound Marketing / Partnerships) and grow them over to achieve desired conversion goals.
5. Candidates are expected to design solutions based on the customer requirement and educate the customer on the product and solution.
6. Candidates will be expected to engage internal Tech and Sales team members through the lead nurturing process to achieve necessary conversion goals.

• Candidates are expected to do account mapping and mapping key Decision makers and CXOs at organization level.
• Candidate to have good written and oral communication skills and be a self-learner.

Experience:

1. 3-10 years of sales experience in product sales domain, experience in selling Fire and Security products would be an added advantage.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
4. Basic technical knowledge.
5. Proficiency in MS Office would be an added advantage.
