Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for sales in the Raipur cluster region and various city locations. They will manage the sales of Schneider's entire product portfolio, predominantly focusing on Power Systems, as well as Industry, Partner Projects, Eco, H&D, and DE. The role involves close collaboration with major contractors, end users in the industry, and panel builders.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and map all customers assigned to the region.
2. Manage the existing customer base while developing new clients.
3. Accurately forecast and achieve order booking targets for products including LV Switchgear (ACB, MCCB), power contactors, MCB, switches/wiring devices, meters, capacitors & APFC panels, wiring devices, relays, HT products, and industry solutions.
4. Identify and develop new customers while working on new projects.
5. Leverage channel partners to meet customer requirements and nurture them to enhance their technical capabilities.
6. Increase market share within the region while ensuring profitability and timely collections.
7. Manage sales promotion events and business development initiatives.
8. Negotiate effectively and build strong relationships, addressing customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Represent the corporate image professionally and act as a solution provider for customers.
10. Possess excellent influencing and convincing skills; proficiency in computer skills is mandatory.
