Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management & Procurement:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate MEP contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, codes, and industry standards.
• Handle vendor negotiations and the procurement of MEP-related materials and services.
• Evaluate and manage contractor claims, variations, and cost control measures.

2. Technical Expertise & Project Coordination:

• Possess a strong understanding of MEP systems, including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
• Read, interpret, and analyze all MEP drawings for project execution.
• Extract quantities from drawings for budgeting and procurement.
• Ensure adherence to design principles and process standards in MEP execution.
• Manage large-scale residential building projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Cost & Risk Management:

• Conduct cost analysis and optimize project expenditures.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with MEP contracts and project execution.
• Monitor budget constraints and ensure cost-effective contract execution.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in contract execution.
• Maintain all contractual documentation, records, and reports.
• Handle contract closeouts, warranties, and post-project support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing MEP drawings.
• Expertise in quantity takeoff and cost estimation.
• Well-versed in design principles and project processes.
• Experience in managing large-scale residential building projects.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong contract management and procurement skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

10 to 15 Years in MEP Contracts Management, preferably in large residential or commercial projects.
