Falck is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our Assistance team to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in the event of illness or accidents while travelling worldwide.
You are required to answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and ensure appropriate assistance services are delivered in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3 years experience with previous customer service and healthcare experience, preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Fluent in English).
Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
Capacity to navigate stressful situations with ease.
